Seafood Bisque
Seafood Bisque is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. shrimp, 1/2 lb. crabmeat, 1/2 lb. scallops, 1 tbsp. shallots and 7 tbsp. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Saute seafood and shallots in 4 tablespoons butter for about 5 minutes.
Sprinkle with 6 tablespoons sherry, salt and pepper.
In a pan, melt 3 tablespoons butter.
Add flour and stir.
Add milk and remaining sherry.
Stir constantly until thickened.
Put in casserole.
Sprinkle bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese on top. Bake 1/2 hour at 400Β°.
