Scrambled Eggs Pie
Scrambled Eggs Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. coarsely crushed corn flakes cereal, 2 tbsp. margarine or butter, melted, 8 eggs, 1/2 c. milk and 1 tsp. seasoned salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Mix cereal and margarine; reserve 1/4 cup.
Spread remaining cereal mixture in ungreased pie plate or quiche dish (9 x 1 1/4-inch).
Heat 1/4 cup margarine in 10-inch skillet over medium heat until melted.
Beat eggs, milk, chives, seasoned salt and pepper with hand beater.
Pour egg mixture into skillet; add bacon. Cook over low heat, stirring gently, just until eggs are almost set.
Quickly spoon into pie plate.
Arrange cheese, overlapping slightly, around edge of plate.
Sprinkle with reserved cereal mixture.
Heat, uncovered, in 375Β° oven until cheese is melted and eggs are firm, 10 to 15 minutes.
