Scalloped Potatoes

Microwave: Grease 2-quart microwave-safe ring mold.
Place butter in 4-cup glass measure.
Microcook at 100% power for 1 minute.
Stir in flour, salt, pepper and paprika until smooth. Blend in milk.
Cover tightly with Saran Wrap, turning back edge to vent.
Microwave at 100% power for 5 minutes, until thickened, sirring twice.
Layer potatoes and onion slices alternately in prepared mold, starting and ending with potatoes.
Pour sauce over potatoes and sprinkle with paprika.
Cover dish tightly with Saran Wrap, turning back edge to vent.
Microwave at 50% power about 25 minutes or until potatoes are fork-tender, rotating dish twice. Let stand on heatproof surface for 5 minutes before serving.
