Scalloped Potatoes

Place half of potatoes in greased 1 1/2-quart casserole. Sprinkle half of onion and parsley over potatoes.
Melt margarine in 1-quart saucepan.
Add flour, salt and pepper; blend.
Add milk. Stir constantly and bring almost to the boiling point.
Remove from heat.
Pour half of mixture over ingredients in casserole.
Repeat with remaining ingredients and sauce.
Bake in 350Β° oven for 1 hour.
