Scalloped Oysters
Scalloped Oysters is an easy dinner. Made with 1 qt. maryland oysters, with liquid, 1/2 c. margarine or butter, 2 to 3 c. coarsely crushed saltine crackers and pepper, as desired, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
In a greased 2-quart casserole, place alternating layers of oysters with liquid and crackers, dotting each layer with butter and sprinkling with pepper.
Add milk until liquid almost reaches top of casserole.
Dot with remaining margarine or butter.
Bake at 350Β° until browned, 45 to 60 minutes.
