Scalloped Fish
Scalloped Fish is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. fish fillets, 1 tbsp. margarine, 2 tbsp. flour, 1 c. skim milk and 1/4 tsp. garlic powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Place fish in an ungreased baking dish and dot with margarine.
In a saucepan over medium heat, slowly stir flour into milk.

Bake, uncovered, 20 to 25 minutes.
