Scalloped Cauliflower
Scalloped Cauliflower is an easy dinner. Made with 1 medium cauliflower, 2 hard-cooked eggs or 4 tbsp. grated cheese, 1 1/2 c. medium white sauce and bread crumbs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cauliflower into flowerets before boiling. Drain. Place layer of the cooked cauliflower in a greased baking dish.
Layer of egg slices or of grated cheese, then a layer of white sauce.
Repeat until all the cauliflower is used. Put layer of buttered bread crumbs on top.
Bake in a moderate oven to 400Β° for 15 to 30 minutes.
A bit of cayenne pepper or paprika may be added for additional seasoning.
