Sausage Soup
Sausage Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 lb. bratwurst, 1 (28 oz.) can whole tomatoes, 3 potatoes, peeled and diced, 1 1/2 c. carrots, sliced and 1 c. chopped celery, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Parboil sausage; cut in bite size slices.
Brown sausage in a large pan, drain off fat.
Add all remaining ingredients except cabbage and Parmesan.
Bring to a boil; cover and simmer at least 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
Add cabbage and simmer 5 minutes longer.
Serve topped with Parmesan cheese.
