Salmon Soufflé
Salmon Soufflé is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. melted butter, 2 tbsp. flour, 1 c. milk, 2 well beaten egg yolks and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
👨🍳 Instructions
Mix butter, flour and milk over low heat on stove (makes a white sauce).
Slowly add small amount of white sauce to egg yolks and stir into remaining sauce.
Add salt, nutmeg, pepper and salmon.
Fold in egg whites.
Bake in a greased casserole dish at 325° for 45 minutes.
