Russian-Style Fried Potatoes
Russian-Style Fried Potatoes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 large potatoes, 4 tbsp. vegetable oil, 2 large onions, sliced, 4 cloves garlic, minced and salt and pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Cook potatoes until tender in boiling salted water to cover. Drain potatoes; let cool.
Peel potatoes, and cut into 1/2-inch cubes.
Heat oil in heavy skillet; add potatoes, onions and garlic.
Season to taste; fry until golden brown, turning to brown on all sides.
Sprinkle with green onions.
