Roth Family Matzo Ball Soup is an impressive dinner. Made with canola oil, medium yellow onion, celery stalk, garlic and shredded carrot, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
In a large pot, heat the canola oil over medium heat. Once the oil is shimmering, add the onion, celery, and garlic and sauté until translucent and tender, about 5 minutes.
