Rice Pudding
Rice Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 eggs or 4 egg yolks, 1/2 c. sugar, 1/2 c. raisins, 2 c. milk and 1/2 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Heat oven to 325Β°.
Beat eggs in ungreased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Stir in sugar, raisins, milk, vanilla, salt and hot rice.
Sprinkle with nutmeg.
Bake uncovered 50 to 60 minutes, stirring occasionally, until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean.
Serve warm or cold and, if desired, with cream.
Refrigerate any remaining pudding.
