Rhubarb Pie
Rhubarb Pie is an easy dinner. Made with 3 c. thinly sliced rhubarb, 2 tbsp. flour, 3 egg yolks, 1 1/2 c. sugar and 1 heaping tbsp. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

In a bowl put thinly sliced rhubarb.
Cover with cold water for 1 minute.
Drain.
In another bowl, mix flour, egg yolks, sugar and butter.
Beat well.
Add rhubarb and put in 1 unbaked pie shell.
Bake until done.
Then cover with meringue.
Return to oven and bake until brown.
Bake pie 30 minutes at 350Β°.
