Real Italian Meatballs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 slices bread, 1/2 c. water, 2 eggs, 1 lb. ground beef and 1/4 c. grated parmesan cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Soak bread in water 2 or 3 minutes.
Add 2 eggs and mix well. Mix in ground beef, cheese, parsley, dash of pepper, oregano and dash of salt.
With wet hands, form into small balls (about 24). Brown slowly in 2 tablespoons hot salad oil.
Add meatballs to your favorite sauce.
