Ratatouille - Southern Style

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Combine onion, pepper, zucchini, okra, tomatoes, tomato liquid and bouillon in well-greased covered casserole.
Add basil, parsley and black pepper to taste.
Bake for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
Uncover the last 30 minutes to cook down juices.
Serve with bowl of grated cheese to sprinkle on each portion.
