Raisin Honey Bread Pudding
Raisin Honey Bread Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. sugar, 3/4 c. raisins, 1/2 c. honey, 4 c. white bread cubes and 1 qt. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Rinse raisins and drain.
Combine honey and bread cubes; cook over low heat and stir until bread absorbs honey (2 to 3 minutes). Blend milk, slightly beaten eggs, sugar, salt and vanilla together. Add with raisins to bread cubes; mix well.
Pour into buttered baking dish.
Sprinkle with nutmeg.
Place dish in pan of hot water and bake in moderate oven at 350Β° for 1 hour or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
