Quiche Crust
Quiche Crust is an easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. unbleached flour, 3 tbsp. vegetable oil, 1 1/2 tbsp. nonfat milk and 1 egg white, lightly beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Place flour in mixing bowl. Combine oil and milk and add to flour, all at once.
Mix quickly with a fork until mixture forms into a ball. Roll dough out between sheets of waxed paper to a 12-inch circle.
Line an 8 or 9-inch pie plate with the pastry and crimp the edges.
Pierce dough in several places with fork. Bake at 450Β° for 10 minutes or until golden brown. Cool before filling.
