Puerto Rican Pudding

Break bread into small pieces.
In large bowl, add the milk to the bread.
Let set for 2 hours.
Add eggs, butter, vanilla, salt and sugar; beat with electric mixer until creamy.
Add the raisins.

Bake at 350Β° for 2 hours.
