Protein-Plus Muffins
Protein-Plus Muffins is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/4 c. soy flour, 2/3 c. nonfat dry milk, 2 tbsp. baking soda, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/2 c. chopped pitted dates, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Preheat oven to
350°. In mixing bowl, stir the soy flour, nonfat dry milk powder, baking powder and salt together thoroughly.
The chopped dates and chopped walnuts. Combine the eggs, grated orange peel, orange juice, honey and cooking egg mixture into the dry ingredients just until moistened.
Greased muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake at 350° until done, about 30 minutes. Makes 12 muffins.
