Prosciutto-Parmesan Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms
Prosciutto-Parmesan Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 24 large mushrooms, 1 large clove garlic, 1/2 c. finely chopped onion, 1/4 c. olive oil and 1/4 c. dry bread crumbs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Cut and cook mushroom stems, garlic and onion in 2 tablespoons oil over medium heat, stirring until tender.
Add Prosciutto, bread crumbs, parsley, 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, egg, salt and pepper.

Place on lightly greased shallow baking dish.
Sprinkle with 1/4 cup remaining Parmesan cheese.
