Potato Soup
Potato Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. diced potatoes, 1/2 c. diced celery, 1/2 c. diced onion, 1/2 c. diced carrots and 1 1/2 c. chicken broth, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

In large saucepan, combine potatoes, celery, onion, carrots, chicken broth, garlic, salt and red pepper.
Cover and cook until tender (20 minutes).
Add one cup cream; heat.
In medium bowl, blend dip and flour; stir in the remaining cup of cream gradually. Pour about 1/3 of the hot potato mixture into the dip mixture and return to saucepan.
Cook and stir until thickened.
Garnish with crumbled bacon.
