Potato Filling
Potato Filling is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 large potatoes, peeled, 1 medium chopped onion, 1/2 c. finely chopped celery, 2 tbsp. butter and 3 slices bread, cubed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Boil potatoes until tender.
Drain and mash.
In skillet, saute onion and celery in butter until tender.
Add mashed potatoes with bread cubes, 1/2 cup milk, salt, pepper, poultry seasoning and parsley.
Mix well.
Beat in egg and remaining 1 cup milk until mixture is smooth.
Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes or until brown.
Serves 6.
