Potato-Carrot Soup
Potato-Carrot Soup is an impressive dinner. Made with 1/4 c. butter, 1 onion, chopped, 2 bouillon cubes, 3 c. boiling water and 3 c. raw potatoes, diced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Melt butter in large saucepan.
Add onion and saute until browned.
Dissolve bouillon cubes in boiling water.
Add to onion with potatoes and carrots.
Add salt, pepper, celery salt and bay leaf; simmer until potatoes are tender.
Stir in evaporated milk. Blend water with flour and stir into soup.
Heat and stir until slightly thickened.
