Pork Chop Casserole
Pork Chop Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 pork chops, 2 c. canned tomatoes, 3/4 c. uncooked rice, 1 green pepper, sliced in 6 rings and 1 large onion, sliced in 6 rings, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Brown chops in skillet in oil.
Place rice in bottom of casserole dish.
Arrange chops on top of rice.
Place bell pepper rings, tomatoes and onion slices on top of each chop.
Season with salt and pepper.
Pour tomato juice over all.
Sprinkle with basil.
Cover and bake at 350Β° for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
