Porcupine Meatballs

In medium size bowl, combine ground beef, rice, onion, garlic, basil, salt and pepper.
Form into 1 1/2-inch balls.
In a 4-quart pressure cooker pan, combine soup and water.
Heat to boiling over medium-high heat.
Add meatballs to soup mixture.
Cover and heat to 15 pounds pressure.
Cook meatballs 10 minutes.
Remove from heat and allow pressure to reduce gradually.
When pressure is completely reduced, remove lid and serve meatballs immediately.
