Polish Stuffed Cabbage
Polish Stuffed Cabbage is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large head cabbage, 3 large onions, chopped, 2 lb. ground pork, 2 tsp. salt and dash of pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Saute onions in oleo, then add to meat, rice, salt and pepper.
Core cabbage, then boil head in water for 10 minutes.
Drain and separate leaves.
Place a large tablespoon of meat mixture in each leaf and roll up, tucking in ends.
Place rolls and bay leaf in baking dish.
Mix soup with 1/2 can of water and 1 teaspoon sugar, then pour over rolls.
Cover and bake at 350Β° for about 90 minutes.
Check periodically and add more water if needed.
