Using first 4 ingredients, make dough as for pie crust.

Heat until lukewarm milk, dissolve 2 yeast cakes in lukewarm milk.

Add eggs to milk and yeast mixture.

Add dry ingredients to milk mixture and mix with hands only until it holds together.

Shape into roll, cover with waxed paper and chill 6 hours or overnight. Roll out on granulated sugar by pieces (thin).

Cut in squares, spread apricot filling (solo) in middle and flip 2 corners over it.

Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 375Β° on cookie sheet.
