Pizza Dough
Pizza Dough is an easy dinner. Made with 1 tsp. active dry yeast, 1 tsp. salt, 1 c. warm water and 3 1/2 c. all-purpose flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Add yeast to the warm water.
Allow to sit for 10 minutes or more.
Add salt.
Pour the flour on a table or board and make a well in the center of the flour.
Pour water and yeast mixture into the well slowly, mixing in the flour as you pour.
Work the dough, adding flour if needed.
Knead dough until you have a smooth elastic ball.
Place dough in a bowl.
Cover with a towel and put in a warm place.
Allow the dough to rise until double in bulk. Place on pizza pan.
Put whatever you like on it.
Bake in a 400Β° oven until brown, about 20 to 25 minutes.
