Pineapple Carrot Cake
Pineapple Carrot Cake is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 c. flour, 1 tsp. baking soda, 1 tsp. cinnamon, 1/2 tsp. nutmeg and 1/4 tsp. allspice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Sift together the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, cloves and salt. Beat together the sugar and oil until well blended and adding one egg at a time.
Add vanilla. Gradually add dry ingredients, beating well after each addition. Combine nuts with 1 teaspoon flour. Stir in nuts, carrots and pineapple. Pour into greased and floured sheet pan.
Bake at 370Β° for 20 minutes. Cool on rack. Best frosted with cream cheese icing.
