Pineapple And Poppy Seed Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Preheat oven to 350Β°. Grease a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
In a large bowl, combine 1/4 cup of the reserved pineapple juice, pineapple, orange juice, zest, milk, eggs, sugar, oil and poppy seed.
Combine the dry ingredients; add the pineapple mixture, folding the batter just enough to moisten all the ingredients.
Do not overmix.
Pour into greased pan and bake 45 to 50 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
