Pickled Beets
Pickled Beets is an easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. small beets, 1 1/2 c. white vinegar, 1/2 c. water, 1 c. packed brown sugar and 1 tbsp. pickling spice, tied in a small bag, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cook beets in salted water until tender; peel, cut and pack beets in hot sterilized jars.
Combine vinegar, water, sugar and spice.
Bring to boil.
Simmer 5 minutes.
Remove spice bag.
Pour over beets and seal jars.
