Peanut Butter Pie
Peanut Butter Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sugar, 2 tbsp. flour, 1 c. water, 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract and 1 c. powdered sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

In a saucepan, combine the sugar, cornstarch, flour, milk, water and egg yolks; mix well. Cook over low heat until thick, to a pudding-like consistency. Stir in vanilla and butter.
In a medium size mixing bowl, blend powdered sugar and peanut butter until it resembles cornmeal. Sprinkle 3/4 of the mixture into bottom of baked pie shell; reserve the remaining 1/4.
Add the filling and top with meringue.
Sprinkle meringue with reserved crumb mixture and bake in a 300Β° oven until brown.
Let sit 1 hour before serving.
Store in refrigerator.
