Peanut Butter Cups
Peanut Butter Cups is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. oleo, 1/2 c. peanut butter, 1/2 c. brown sugar, 1/2 c. sugar and 1 egg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Cream the first 4 ingredients together.
Beat in the egg and vanilla.
Sift together the flour, baking soda and salt and add to creamed mixture to make dough.
Shape into 1-inch balls and place in ungreased 1 1/2-inch muffin tins (or lined with papers).
Don't spread dough in cups.
Just sit ball in.
Bake at 350Β° for 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
Remove from oven and immediately press in peanut butter cup in center until only top of peanut butter cup shows (one 10 ounce box cups).
Let cool in tins 10 to 15 minutes, then remove.
Freeze or store in airtight containers. Makes 40 cookies.
