Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Combine flour, baking powder, soda and salt; sift together.
Cream together the peanut butter and shortening in large mixing bowl.
Add eggs; beat well, then add dry ingredients alternately with banana pulp and buttermilk.
Mix thoroughly, but do not beat.
Pour batter into a well-greased loaf pan and bake for 1 hour or until done.
Cool before slicing.
