Peanut Butter Balls
Peanut Butter Balls is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. margarine, 1 1/2 c. peanut butter, 2 (1 lb.) pkg. confectioners sugar, 3/4 to 1 block paraffin and 1 1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cream margarine and peanut butter in medium bowl until light. Add confectioners sugar gradually, mixing well after each addition.
Shape into 1-inch balls.
Place balls on waxed paper-lined tray.
Melt paraffin and chocolate chips in heavy saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly.
Insert toothpick into each peanut butter ball; dip into chocolate mixture.
Place on waxed paper-lined tray.
Let stand until set.
Store in airtight container.
Paraffin measurement assumes paraffin to have 4 blocks in box.
May add chopped pecans to peanut butter mixture or place pecan over hole made by toothpick.
Yield: 80 servings.
