Peanut Brittle
Peanut Brittle is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 3/4 c. white syrup, 1 c. water, 1/2 tsp. salt and 3 c. raw peanuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Combine sugar, syrup, water and salt in a thick bottom 4-quart pan.
Cook on high heat, adding peanuts when temperature reaches 240°.
When temperature reaches 300°, remove from fire.
Stir in baking soda and pour immediately on greased aluminum foil.
Smooth over and rake down only once.
Break into pieces when hard.
