Peanut Brittle
Peanut Brittle is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 1 c. corn syrup, 1 c. water, 2 c. raw peanuts and 2 tsp. butter or oleo, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Cook sugar, syrup and water to soft ball stage (234° to 240°). Add raw peanuts.
Continue cooking until light brown in color and gives hard crack test (300° to 310°).
Remove from fire and add butter, vanilla and soda.
Mix well.
Pour on a buttered cookie sheet and spread thin as possible.
When nearly cool, turn over and stretch to desired thinness.
Break into pieces.
