Peach Cobbler
Peach Cobbler is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. soft butter, 3/4 c. sugar, 1 c. sifted flour, 2 tsp. baking powder and 1/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Preheat oven to 375° (350° if using glass pans).
Cream butter and of sugar until light and fluffy.
Sift flour, salt and baking powder together and stir into butter-sugar mixture.
Alternate with milk.
Beat until smooth. Pour into a 2-quart buttered casserole.
Spoon drained fruit over batter. Sprinkle to 1/2 cup sugar over fruit, depending on sweetness fruit.
Pour 1 cup of fruit juice over top. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes until top springs back when lightly touched. Serve plain or with cream.
