Pasta with Clam Sauce
Pasta With Clam Sauce is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter, 2 cloves garlic, minced, 2 (6 1/4 oz.) cans minced clams (undrained), 2 tbsp. chopped parsley and 1 lb. pasta, cooked and drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

In skillet, heat butter; add garlic and saute for 3 to 4 minutes or until garlic is golden.
Add clam juice and continue cooking until sauce is reduced in half.
Add clams and parsley. Continue cooking until heated through.
Toss pasta into sauce and continue to heat.
Remove from heat and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, if desired.
Serve immediately.
Serves 6 to 8 as a first course or 4 as a main course.
