Pasta Primavera
Pasta Primavera is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 tbsp. olive oil, 4 tbsp. butter, 2 or 3 garlic cloves, minced, 1 lb. italian sausage and 3 c. assorted fresh vegetables, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Saute garlic in butter and oil.
Cut sausage into bite size pieces and saute until brown.
Add vegetables and lightly toss. Cook until tender.
Add the cream, chopped basil and the halved tomatoes; cook until the tomatoes are heated through.
Serve over hot pasta.
Garnish with chopped parsley, basil and Parmesan cheese.
Serves 6 to 8.
