Parmesan Swiss Potatoes

Heat oven to 350Β°.
Grease 12 x 8-inch (2-quart) baking dish. In small bowl, combine Parmesan cheese and parsley; set aside. Melt margarine in large saucepan over medium heat.
Stir in flour and salt.
Cook until mixture is smooth and bubbly, stirring constantly.
Gradually add milk.
Cook until mixture boils and slightly thickens, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat; stir in Swiss cheese until melted.
Add potatoes to Swiss cheese mixture, breaking up clumps of frozen potato if necessary; mix well.
Pour into greased baking dish; cover with foil.
