Parmesan Stuffed Mushrooms
Parmesan Stuffed Mushrooms is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. mushrooms, 1/2 c. parmesan cheese, grated, 3/4 c. dry bread crumbs, 1/2 c. onion pulp and 2 garlic cloves, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Remove mushroom stems and chop very fine.
Mix stems with bread crumbs.
Cut onion in half and scrape.
Cut side with edge of knife to obtain the pulp.
Mix it in.
Mix garlic very fine and mix it in.
Add parsley, salt, pepper and oregano.
Stuff the mushroom caps with mixture.
Pour a little of the oil into baking dish.
Place caps in and then sprinkle with the rest of the oil. Place in a 350Β° oven for 25 minutes.
