Trim any excess fat from steak; slash remaining fat edge to prevent curling.

Place steak in large shallow dish.

Pour salad dressing over top.

Let stand 2 to 3 hours at room temperature. When ready to cook, preheat broiler.

Place steak on rack in broiler pan.

Brush dressing from dish on top.

Broil 8 inches from heat for 15 minutes.

Turn; broil 10 minutes.

Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top; broil 5 minutes for rare meat, or until steak is done.
