Parmesan Breadsticks
Parmesan Breadsticks is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (16 oz.) pkg. hot roll mix, 1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese, c. hot water, 1 egg, lightly beaten and 2 tbsp. vegetable oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Combine roll mix, yeast from packet, and 1/2 c. cheese in a bowl.
Add hot water and next 3 ingredients; stir until moistened. Shape dough into a ball.
Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface; knead until smooth and elastic (about 5 minutes).
Cover; let rest 5 minutes.
Roll dough into 16x12-inch rectangle on a lightly floured surface.
Cut rectangle with a pastry cutter to form 16 strips.
Cut 16 strips in half lengthwise to form 32 (6-inch) strips.
Twist each strip 5 or 6 times; place on baking sheets coated with cooking spray.
Spray tops of strips with cooking spray; sprinkle each strip with 1/4 tsp. cheese.
Cover; let rise in a warm place (85 degrees), free from drafts, 20 to 30 minutes, or until doubled in bulk.
Bake at 375 degrees for 12 minutes or until golden brown.
