Oyster Stew
Oyster Stew is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 doz. raw oysters with liquid, 1/4 c. butter or margarine, 1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce, 1 tsp. celery salt and 3/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Heat butter until sizzling.
Add oysters, Worcestershire sauce, celery salt, salt, pepper and paprika.
Heat only until edges of oysters curl slightly.
Add milk and heat quickly but do not boil. Serve with a dash of paprika and a lump of butter in each bowl. Makes 4 servings.
