Oven Chicken Cordon Bleu
Oven Chicken Cordon Bleu is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 small boneless chicken breasts, 4 oz. thin sliced ham, 3/4 c. shredded swiss cheese, 3 c. corn flakes, crushed (about 1 1/2 c.) and 2 tbsp. snipped parsley, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Flatten each chicken breast half to 1/4-inch thickness between waxed paper.
Divide ham and Swiss cheese among chicken breasts. Roll each chicken breast up and secure with a wooden pick.
Mix corn flakes, parsley and paprika.
Dip chicken into buttermilk. Coat evenly with corn flake mixture.
Place chicken, seam sides down, in greased square pan (9 x 9 x 2-inch).
Bake, uncovered, in 425Β° oven for 35 minutes; remove wooden picks.
