Oven Caramel Corn
Oven Caramel Corn is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 15 c. popped popcorn, 1 c. packed brown sugar, 1/2 c. butter, 1/4 c. light corn syrup and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Preheat oven to 200Β°.
Divide popcorn between 2 ungreased rectangular pans, 13 x 9 x 2-inch.
Heat brown sugar, butter, corn syrup and salt in 3-quart saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until bubbly around edges.
Cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat.
Stir in baking soda.
Pour over popcorn; stir until well coated.
Bake 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
Makes approximately 15 cups of snack.
