Orange Peanut Refrigerator Cookies

Sift together flour, baking soda and salt, set aside.
Cream together butter with sugars. Beat in egg. Blend in undeluted orange concentrate, orange rind and dry ingredients. Stir in peanuts. Chill dough. Shape into 2 rolls, 2 inches in diameter. Wrap in waxed paper.
Refrigerate several hours or overnight. Cut into 1\4 inch slices. Place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 400 Β° for 10 to 12 min. or until lightly browned. Makes about 4 dozen.
