Orange Nut Butter Cake
Orange Nut Butter Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. softened butter, 1 c. sugar, 1 tbsp. grated orange rind, 1 tsp. vanilla and 3 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cream the butter well. Add sugar, orange rind and vanilla. Beat until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Blend in marmalade. Sift flour, baking soda and salt together.
Add to creamed mixture alternately with combine orange juice and evaporated milk. Stir in nuts and blend. Pour into buttered 10-inch tube pan. Bake in preheated 350Β° oven for 55 to 60 minutes. Cool in pan 10 minutes.
Remove to wire rack. Serve warm or cold.
