Onion Soup
Onion Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 medium onions, sliced thin, 2 tbsp. butter, 1 tbsp. flour, 2 c. consomme and 4 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

In a heavy skillet, cook onion in heated butter until slightly browned.
Sprinkle with flour and cook over low flame until golden, never allowing them to become dark brown.
Add consomme and water.

Add milk.
